The bureaucracy is abuzz with an expected reshuffle of desks and duties of Joint Secretary rank officers with DoPT. Pramod Kumar Das (IAS: 1986: MP) Joint Secretary for 'Services & Vigilance' is expected to be offered with 'Training' as a new assignment. Adiitional charge of 'Training' is with Alok Kumar (IAS: 1984: AM) who was laterally shifted to CVC as Secretary by an order issued on October 20.
