Sanjay Kumar Singh, 1997-batch Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Govemment, Skill Development & Technical Education Department, and CMD DCO is appointed as Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation.

He retains the additional charge of Vice Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority and CEO of Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd. in addition to his own duties.

This will relieve Prem Chandra Chaudhary of his additional responsibility as Vice Chairman, Bhubaneswar Development Authority and CEO, Bhubaneswar Smart City Ltd.

The 1995-batch Hemant Sharma, who is the Secretary of the Industries Department with the additional charge of Chairman, IPICOL is allowed to retain the additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Skill Development and Technical Education Department in addition to his own duties.

Bishnupada Sethi, from the same 1995 Batch as Sharma, who is Principal Secretary to the Revenue & Disaster Management Department with the additional charge of Principal Secretary to the Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department will retain the additional charge of Principal Secretary to Government, Information & Public Relations Department in addition to his own duties.

The additional appointment of Sanjay Kumar Singh, IAS as Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Information & Public Relations Department shall stand terminated from the date Bishnupada Sethi takes over.

Dr. Krishan Kumar, 2002 Batch 2002, who is Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government, Works Department with the additional charge of Chief Administrator, SJTA, Puri and Chairman, Puri-Konark Development Authority will retain the additional charge of CMD, IDCO in addition to his own duties.

The additional appointment of Sanjay Kumar Singh, IAS as CMD, IDCO shall stand terminated from the date Dr. Krishan Kumar takes over.

Prem Chandra Chaudhary,  2010 Batch 2010, who is Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal is appointed as Officer on Special Duty, G.A. & P.G. Department.
