Cabinet (ACC) has appointed Chairperson and three Full-Time members of National
Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) for a period of three years, or till the
incumbent attains the age of 65 years. The list is as

New Delhi (17.07.2025): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has appointed Chairperson and three Full-Time members of National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) for a period of three years, or till the incumbent attains the age of 65 years. The list is as follows:
- Nitin Gupta (Retd IRS IT: 1986), former Chairman, CBDT, has been appointed as Chairperson, NFRA.
- Smita Jhingran (Retd IRS IT: 1986): Full-Time Member
- P Daniel (Retd IDES: 1989), former Secretary, CVC: Full-Time Member
- Sushil Kumar Jaiswal (Retd IA&AS: 1993), former Director General of Audit (Central receipt), O/O Director of Audit (Central receipt), New Delhi: Full-Time Member
