New Delhi (07.08.2025): NBCC (India) Limited signed a
Memorandum of Understanding with the Lokpal of India to undertake a
transformative infrastructure project worth approximately Rs 121 crore. The MoU marks the launch of a comprehensive initiative
encompassing structural repair, seismic retrofitting and next-generation
interior fit-outs for the Lokpal’s office premises, all tailored to deliver
functionality, sustainability and architectural finesse. Under this agreement, NBCC will serve as the Project
Management Consultant, responsible for ensuring the delivery of the project
with precision, quality and adherence to sustainability norms. The initiative
is aimed at upgrading the operational efficiency and physical infrastructure of
the Lokpal's office to meet contemporary standards. The MoU was signed in the presence of senior dignitaries
from both organizations, underscoring the strategic significance of the
collaboration. Distinguished attendees included Justice Ajay Manikrao
Khanwilkar, Chairperson of Lokpal of India, Abhishek Bhagotia, Joint Secretary,
Lokpal of India, Arun Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Lokpal of India; Mudit
Bhatnagar, Chief General Manager, NBCC and Aakash Saxena, Assistant General
Manager, NBCC. project is expected to significantly contribute to the
modernization of the Lokpal’s administrative infrastructure, aligning it with
