Sanjiv Narain Mathur (IRAS:1992) appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Pension & Pensioners' Welfare vice Ms Vandana Sharma (ICAS:1984). Ms Aarti Ahuja (IAS:1990) appointed as Joint Director (JS level), Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. She replaces Ms Jaspreet Talwar (IAS:1995:PB).
