Accordingly   Puneet Agarwal (IAS:1998:TR) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Textiles; vice:-s. Sunaina Tomar (IAS:GJ:1989) Sandeep Dave (lAS:1987:KN), Joint Secretary, Land Resources has been laterally shifted to the Department of Expenditure; vice:- Arunish Chawla, lAS:1992:BH) M. Ariz Ahammed (lAS:1995:AM) has been laterally shifted as Member(Finance) (JS level), Central Ground Water Board (CGWB), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation from the Deparment of Pharmaceuticals R.K. Singh (lAS:1991:UP) has been laterally shifted as Deputy Director General (JS level),UIDAI from the Department of Heavy Industry Shubha Kumar (IA&AS:1985) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Cabinet Secretariat Akhil Kumar (IPS:1994:UP), as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation Dheeraj Bhatnagar (IRS IT:1988) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Investment & Public Asset Management Anil K. Gulatl (IRPS:1984) has been laterally shifted as Joint Secretary, Central Agency Section, Department of Legal Affairs from the Department of Justice.
