Jugal Kishore Mohapatra (1979 batch IAS officer of Odisha cadre) has been appointed Secretary, Department of Chemicals and Fertilisers. The incumbent Chief Secretary is supposed to find his successor in Gokul Chandra Pati (Secretary, Defence Production) by the end of this month or so.
