In a possible cabinet reshuffle in the Modi government, if some new faces are expected to get ministerial berth then some non-performing ministers might be divested from the responsibility. Some of the prominent names that are doing rounds included Prahlad Patel -- a close associate of Uma Bharati. A new Muslim face Sabir Ali might find a place in the ministry in view of Bihar Assembly elections as Najma Heptullah is expected be given gubernatorial assignment. A new ally of the BJP in Jammu and Kashmir -- PDP -- is in the line to be accommodated in the Union cabinet with Mehboba Mufti getting a place in the cabinet. Shiv Sena too is eying a place in the ministry in cabinet expansion and all likelihood one of its Rajya Sabha MP Anil Desai may get a ministerial berth. Another surprising name that is doing round is of Apna Dal leader Anupriya Patel. Ajay Tamta from Uttarakhand and a few more ministers from Madhya Pradesh are expected to get ministerial berth.
