Manoj Dwivedi (lAS:1997:J&K) has been given Additional Charge of Executive Director (JS level), Tobacco Board at Guntur (Andhra Pradesh) under the Department of Commerce for a period of three months w.e.f. 01.12.2017. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce.
