The ever first business meeting of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed's cabinet effected many changes in bureaucracy on March 15 including top rank positions of CID Chief and IGP Kashmir and IGP Jammu. Accordingly;
Abdul Ghani Mir (IPS:JK:1994) has been appointed as the CID Chief in J&K who has been serving as Inspector General of Police of Kashmir Zone.
Syed Javaid Mujtaba Gilani (IPS:JK:1994) has been posted as the new IGP, Kashmir Zone
Danish Rana (IPS:JK:1996) has been appointed as IGP, Jammu Zone.
