It is reliably learnt that Ms Ishita Roy (IAS:1991:KL) is all set to take charge as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education tomorrow (March 15, 2015) under Human Resource Ministry. Ms Roy has been serving as CEO & Member Secretary, Central Silk Board (Bangalore) since September 02, 2011 under the Ministry of Textiles.
