New Delhi (11.07.2023): Manish Gupta (IFS: 1998), Consul General, Consulate General of India, Sydney has been appointed as the next High Commissioner of India to the Republic of Ghana and Devesh Uttam (IFS: 2003), Joint Secretary in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Lithuania. They are expected to take up the assignment shortly.
