New Delhi (17.11.2022): The Supreme Court Collegium headed by Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud has recommended transferring Madras High Court acting Chief Justice T Raja to the Rajasthan High Court.
Justice Raja was appointed as acting Chief Justice of the Madras High Court in September after the retirement of Justice M Duraiswamy, who took over as the acting Chief Justice on September 13. He was appointed as a judge of Madras High Court in March 2009.
