The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) summoned three of Didi’s trusted civil servants for questioning in different high-profile financial scams. Didi’s Principal Secretary Goutam Sanyal and BP Gopalika (IAS) have been summoned next week that coincided with the ED's questionning of Rajesh Kumar Sinha (IAS) who is Secretary, Department of Agriculture Marketing. It may be underlined that State Home Secretary HK Dwivedi (IAS) has already been summoned for appearance before ED on 23 March 2021. Few more IAS officers have also have got summons including Surajit Kar Purkayastha in connection with Saradha Chit Fund scam. In addition to former State DGP retired IPS Rajat Mazumdar will also join ED’s interrogation early next week.
