The government on Thursday announced the appointments in numerous key positions of PSBs. The appointments made are the following: Ms. P V Bharathi, GM, Canara Bank, has been appointed as Executive Director, Canara Bank; Krishna Prasad Nair, ED, IDBI Bank, has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director, IDBI Bank; Atul Kumar Goel, GM, Allahabad Bank, has been appointed as Executive Director, Union Bank of India; S S Mallikarjuna Rao, GM, OBC Bank, has been appointed as Executive Director, Syndicate Bank; Gurudeo Madhukar Yadwadkar, ED, IDBI Bank, has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director, IDBI Bank; and Sanjiv Saran, GM, Punjab National Bank has been appointed as Executive Director, Punjab National Bank.
