Trivandrum/New Delhi (10.07.2021): The Kerala government enacted a major reshuffle in the top bureaucracy transferring and posting over 30 IAS officers. District Collectors of seven districts and Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) have been changed. CEO Teeka Ram Meena (IAS:1988:KL) has been appointed as the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Economic Affairs Department. Meanwhile, Sanjay M Kaul (IAS: 2001:KL) has been appointed as CEO of Kerala. Dr Divya S Iyer (IAS:2014:KL) has been placed as District Collector Pathanamthitta vice Dr Narasimhugari TL Reddy (IAS:2013:KL) who has been moved as District Collector of Kozhikode. Seeram Sambasiva Rao (IAS:2012:KL) has been transferred and posted as Director, Survey and Land Records Department. Sheeba George (IAS:2013:KL) has been posted as Idukki District Collector. H Dinesan (IAS:2013:KL) has been appointed as the new Director of the Panchayat Department. Meanwhile, Dr P K Jayasree (IAS:2013:KL) has been appointed as Kottayam District Collector. Anjana M (IAS:2013:KL) has been posted as the Joint Secretary, General Administration (AIS) Department whereas Haritha V Kumar (IAS: 2013) who earlier held the post of Joint Secretary of AIS, has been posted as Thrissur District Collector.
