team of bureaucrats are being selected for Jammu & Kashmir and Laddakh to
be posted there. In one such first move since Parliament abrogated Article 370
in the state and bifurcated it into two Union Territories, Union Ministry for
Home Affairs has appointed Sagar Singh Kalsi (IPS:2010:AGMUT) as Superintendent
of Police in the Valley’s Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB). The Union Territories
of J&K and Ladhak will come into existence on October 31.
