2180The NaMo Govt has issued a sanction to Central
Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to prosecute former CEO of NITI Aayog Mrs Sindhushree
Khullar (Retd IAS:1975:UT), former MSME Secretary Anup K Pujari (Retd IAS:1980:KN),
the then Director (DEA) Prabodh Saxena (IAS:1990:HP) and former Under Secretary
(DEA) Rabindra Prasad in connection with the FIPB clearance granted to INX
Media. The Govt had already sanctioned the prosecution of P
Chidambaram in February this year. Mrs Khullar served as Additional Secretary in the
Department of Economic Affairs during 2004-2008. Pujari was Joint Secretary
during 2006-2010; Saxena was Director in DEA between 2008 and 2010, and Prasad
also worked during the period under investigation.

The NaMo Govt has issued a sanction to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to prosecute former CEO of NITI Aayog Mrs Sindhushree Khullar (Retd IAS:1975:UT), former MSME Secretary Anup K Pujari (Retd IAS:1980:KN), the then Director (DEA) Prabodh Saxena (IAS:1990:HP) and former Under Secretary (DEA) Rabindra Prasad in connection with the FIPB clearance granted to INX Media.
