Suresh Kumar (IAS:JK:86) is now DG, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development. Previously he was Principal Secretary, Department of Home Braj Raj Sharma (IAS:JK:84) will hold the additional charge of Principal Secretary, Home apart from his current assignment as Principal Secretary, Planning and Development Gazzanfar Hussain (IAS:JK:1998) appointed as Divisional Commissioner Kashmir vice Rohit Kansal Rohit Kansal (IAS:JK:1995) has been posted as Commissioner/Secretary R & B Pawan Kotwal (IAS:JK:1994) is new Divisional Commissioner, Jammu Shant Manu (IAS:JK:1991) is now Secretary, Department of Health Bipul Pathak (IAS:JK:1992) appointed as Commissioner/Secy Housing & Urban Development Sarmad Hafeez (IAS:JK:1998), DC, Gandarbal will be heading Lakes & Water Ways Development Authority Vineeta Gupta (IAS:JK:2000) is now Secretary, Cooperatives Department Tushar Kanti Sharma (IAS:JK:2000) is now Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department Dr. Mandeep Kumar Bhandari (IAS:JK:2001) is now Secretary, Dept of Relief and Rehabilitation and ECO of Project Monitoring Unit of the New World Bank Project.
