IPS officer’s exile from service over; set to get dues & posting too

Patna (21.11.2024): Former Aurangabad SP Sudhir Porika (IPS: 2010: BH), SP Special Branch, has been given a clean chit in corruption charges in sand mining case by the Bihar government. Charges were levelled against Porika when he was posted in Aurangabad as SP. He was put under suspension for two years starting from July 27, 2021 to July 16, 2023. Now, the Home Department has closed the departmental inquiry against by exonerating him from corruption charges ordering release of his salary and other allowances. His suspension period too will be included in the service
