New Delhi (21.08.2023):Director General Indian Coast GuardRakesh Pal along with the President Tatrakshika visited Mumbai from 17-19 August 2023 to review the operational preparedness and infrastructure development post taking over the helm of Indian Coast Guard.
The DGICG conducted a comprehensive assessment of the operational readiness of the Indian Coast Guard units stationed in the Coast Guard Region (West) and Coast Guard Region (North West). DGICG also reviewed the overall ‘Operational’ preparedness and progress on the Infrastructure Development works of Western Seaboard. President Tatrakshika also interacted with the ladies of ICG fraternity.
The visit served as an opportunity for the DGICG to assess ongoing infrastructure development projects aimed at enhancing the capabilities and efficiency of the Indian Coast Guard.
