Vijayawada (28.10.2024): Three IAS officers from Telangana, who recently joined the Andhra Pradesh cadre after court orders, have been given postings as per orders issued by chief secretary Neerabh Kumar Prasad. The names of officers reshuffled are as follows.
K Amrapali (IAS: 2010: AP) has been appointed as the vice chairman and managing director (VCMD) of the AP tourism development corporation.
A Vani Prasad (IAS: 1995: AP) has been appointed as the principal secretary of the labour department, relieving M M Naik (IAS: 2005: AP) from his additional responsibilities in that department.
Vakati Karuna (IAS: 2004: AP) has been appointed as the commissioner of health and family welfare, with additional charge as director of the national health mission.
Additionally, commissioner of the archaeology and museum department G Vanimohan (IAS: 1996: AP) has been transferred and appointed as chief secretary of the department of services in the general administration department.
An order has been issued relieving Pola Bhaskar (IAS: 2005: AP), who was previously managing these responsibilities.
