New Delhi (27.09.2023): Rinku Dugga (IAS: 1994: AGMUT) has been given compulsory retirement from the services by the Government of India on the basis of her career record. Dugga was posted as Principal Secretary, Indigenous Affairs in Arunachal Pradesh.Her husband Sanjeev Khairwar (IAS: 1994: AGMUT) is posted in Ladakh who too were transferred from Delhi after a controversy surrounding their pet was flashed in various media outlets. She was retired under Fundamental Rules (FR) 56 (j), rule 44 of Central Civil Services (CCS) Pension rules, 1972.
