New Delhi (14.06.2024): The Public Enterprise Selection Board (PESB) on June 14, 2024 held a selection interview for the post of Chairman and Managing Director (CMD), Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). HPCL Chairman Pushp Kumar Joshi is retiring on August 31, 2024.The selection board found none of the eight candidates suitable for the post and advised the administrative ministry/department (Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas) to choose an appropriate course of further action for selection including the Search-cum-Selection-Committee (SCSC) or as deemed appropriate with the approval of the competent authority.
