All Board-level posts are vacant in The Handicraft & Handlooms Export Corporation (HHEC). HHEC has two Board-level posts, namely CMD and Director (Finance), of which both are vacant at present. The PESB on July 10, 2019 selected Inderpal Singh Sandhu (DGM, MSTC Ltd) for the post of Director (Finance). HHEC is a Schedule 'B' CPSE in trading and marketing services sector under the administrative control of Ministry of Textile. It was incorporated under the Indian Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of developing trade by catalysing exports of handicrafts and handlooms products, and products of village industries.
