New Delhi (04.02.21): The Haryana Government, on Thursday, effected a major administrative reshuffle and transferred and posted as many as two dozen IAS officers including nine officers of the additional chief secretary (ACS) rank. The list goes as follows: 

1. Varinder Singh Kundu (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Fisheries Department and CEO of Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority & Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority, has been transferred and posted as ACS, Labour, Sainik & Ardh Sainik, and Printing & Stationery Departments. 
2. Pranab Kumar Das (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Affairs has been transferred and posted as ACS for Power and New & Renewable Energy Departments. 
3. Trilok Chand Gupta (IAS:1987:HY), ACS (Power, New & Renewable Energy) has been appointed as ACS for Mines & Geology, Employment & Housing for All Departments, along with being a Member Secretary of Haryana Governance Reforms Authority.
4. Amit Kumar Jha (IAS:1986:HY), ACS, Science & Technology, has been given charge of the Development and Panchayat Department after withdrawing his duties from Women and Child Development.
5. Sudhir Rajpal (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Development & Panchayats, will now be the ACS for Civil Aviation, along with being the CEO of Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority and Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority. 
6. Ankur Gupta (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Higher Education & Technical Education, will now be the ACS for Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department and Fisheries Department. 
7. Anurag Rastogi (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Excise & Taxation Department, will now handle the charge of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs too. 
8. Anand Mohan Sharan (IAS:1990:HY), appointed as ACS for Higher Education and Technical Education Departments.
9. Raja Sekhar Vundru (IAS:1990:HY), ACS, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department, was made ACS for Skill Department & Industrial Training Department.
10. Vineet Garg (IAS:1990:HY), was posted as Principal Secretary for Electronics, Information & Technology and Communication Department; Social Justice & Empowerment Department and Welfare of SCs & BCs Department. 
11. V.  Umashankar (IAS:1993:HY), Principal Secretary to CM, assigned with additional charges of Information and Public Relations Department, Citizen Resources Information Department and Haryana Administrative Reforms Department.
12. Vijayendra Singh (IAS:1995:HY), was posted as Principal Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department, General Administration Department and CEO of Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board. 
13. Rakesh Gupta (IAS:1997:HY), appointed as Commissioner and Secretary, Women and Child Development Department besides his duties as Project Director of CMGGA.
14. Vijay Singh Dahiya (IAS:2001:HY), Director Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, transferred and posted as Director, Higher and Technical Education. 
15. Amneet P Kumar (IAS:2001:HY), DG, Medical Education and Research, transferred and posted as MD, Dairy Development Corporation and MD, Haryana SC Finance Development Corporation. 
16. Amit Kumar Agarwal (IAS:2003:HY), Additional Principal Secretary to CM, assigned with additional duties of Director General of Information and Public Relations Department.
17. Ajit Balaji Joshi (IAS:2003:HY), was posted as the Chief Administrator of Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran.
18. Vikas Yadav (IAS:2003:HY), was posted as the Director of Rural Development and Secretary to Government, Animal Husbandry & Dairying Department.
19. Vinay Singh (IAS:2003:HY), was posted the Chief Administrator of Haryana State Agriculture Marketing Board.
20. Phool Chand Meena (IAS:2004:HY), was posted as Director, Skill Development and Industrial Training & Employment and Secretary to Government, Finance Department and Skill Development and Industrial Training & Employment Department.
21. A Sreenivas (IAS:2004:HY), was posted as Director, Mine and Geology Department.
22. Hardeep Singh (IAS:2005:HY), was posted as Director-General, Agriculture and Secretary to Government, Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department.
23. Shaleen (IAS:2012:HY), was posted as Director of Medical Education and Research.
24. Munish Sharma (IAS:2014:HY), was transferred and posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Manesar and Additional Labour Commissioner, Gurugram.
