Haryana transfers 11 IAS officers to new assignments

The Haryana government has transferred 11 IAS officers to new positions with immediate effect in an administrative reshuffle which has been done amid the fight against COVID-19 pandemic.

 

Vikas Gupta (IAS: 2001) has been posted as Director, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Nodal Officer for Monitoring of Budget Announcements 2020-21. Sanjeev Verma (IAS:2004) has been posted as Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation. Ravi Prakash Gupta (IAS:2007) has been posted as Director General Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management.

 

Anshaj Singh (IAS:2008) has been posted as Director, Housing for All, Chief Administrator, Housing Board, Special Secretary, Housing Department. Rippudaman Singh Dhillon (IAS:2008), Director Haryana Governance Reforms Authority has been posted as Managing Director CONFED, in addition to his present duties. Shiv Prasad, Special Secretary, Finance Department and Managing Director CONFED has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Charkhi Dadri.

 

Hema Sharma (IAS:2010) has been posted as Special Secretary, Finance Department, Managing Director, Haryana Backward Classes and Economically Weaker Sections Kalyan Nigam. Shyam Lal Poonia (IAS:2010:Manipur) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Sonipat. Narhari Singh Banger has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Fatehabad.

 

Shaleen (IAS:2012) has been posted as Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Managing Director Haryana Scheduled Castes, Finance and Development Corporation. Dharmender Singh (IAS:2012) has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Panipat.

The Haryana government has transferred six IAS officers with immediate effect. Rajeev Ranjan (IAS: 1998: Haryana) has been appointed as director general and secretary, Tourism Department with additional charge of Secretary Home-II Department and Commissioner, Gurdwara Elections during the training period of Rajesh Jogpal.

Wazeer Singh Goyat (IAS:2003:Haryana) has been appointed as director general and secretary, archives department. He was posted as Secretary, Irrigation and Water Resources Department. Ashok Kumar Garg (IAS:2009:Haryana), director, consolidation of land holdings and land records, has been posted as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar.

Ajay Singh Tomar (IAS:2012: Haryana) , Additional Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, has been posted as Director and Additional Secretary, Electronics and Information Technology Department. Jai Krishan Abhir, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hisar, has been posted as Director, Consolidation of Land Holdings and Land Records.

Rani Nagar (IAS:2014: Haryana), Additional Director and Additional Secretary, Social Justice and Empowerment Department, has been given the additional charge of Director and Additional Secretary, Archives Department.

The Haryana Government has relocated nine IAS officers including whistleblower Ashok Khemka and one HCS officer with immediate effect.


Khemka, who has been functioning as Principal Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department, has been posted as Principal Secretary Science and Technology Department.

Amit Jha, Additional Chief Secretary Medical Education and Research, Adviser Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board and Additional Chief Secretary Science and Technology Department has been posted as Additional Chief Secretary Sports and Youth Affairs Department. He will continue to be the Adviser to Haryana Saraswati Heritage Board.


Siddhi Nath Roy, Additional Chief Secretary Forests and Wild Life Department, has been given the additional charge of Additional Chief Secretary Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department.


Rajeev Arora, Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi, and Additional Chief Secretary Health and Family Welfare Department, has been given the additional charge of Medical Education and Research Department.

Apoorva Kumar Singh has been given the additional charge of Chief Executive Officer, Faridabad Metropolitan Development Authority.

Rajeev Arora was posted as Chief Resident Commissioner, Haryana Bhawan, New Delhi and ACS Health and Family Welfare Department, Anand Mohan Sharan has been given additional charge of Principal Secretary, PHED. Pranab Kishore Das (ACS, Power) was posted ACS, School Education Department and Mines and Geology Department.

 

VS Kundu (ACS Science & Tech) was posted as ACS, Printing and Stationary Department while Dheera Khandelwa was posted as ACS, Art and Cultural Affairs, Archives, Archaeology, and Museums Departments. She will also be ACS, Environment and Climate Change Department.

 

TC Gupta was posted as ACS, Power Department. Gupta will keep looking after the works related to implementation of CM’s announcements. He already holds the additional charge of Employment Department. He is also Member Secretary, Haryana Governance Reforms Authority.

 

Devender Singh was posted wasACS, Civil Aviation and Industries and Commerce Departments. He will hold the additional charge of Skill Development and Industrial Training Department.
