Humkum Singh Meena (IAS:MH:1992) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Land Resources. Starting his second tenure under central deputation Meena will succeed P K Sarangi (IAS:UP:1986) who has laterally appointed as JS, Rural Department.
Presently he is serving with the Government of Bihar.
