New Delhi (01.11.2024): The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) on Friday gets a new Chairman. S Gopalakrishnan (IAS: 1991: TN), formerly an Additional Secretary in PMO and later Director General of National Productivity Council under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, takes over as the new Chairman of SSC from Rakesh Ranjan (IAS: 1992: MN) who chose to bid a good-bye (VRS) to the premier service w.e.f. 31.10.2024. As the Chairman of SSC Gopalakrishnan may have a tenure till March 2029.ALSO READ:
