This will make the decks clear for those aspiring for the coveted posts in respective states. Rajasthan Chief Secretary C S Rajan (IAS:1978:RJ) will complete his second extended tenure whereas U P Chief Secretary Alok Ranjan (IAS:1978:UP) will complete his first extended tenure on June 30. Reportedly, both states will get new CS shortly. In Karnataka, the outgoing Chief Secretary Arvind Jadhav (IAS:1978:KN) will superannuate on June 30 whereas Goa Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar Srivastava (IAS:1984:UT), too, will retire on June 30. Reportedly, Jadhav's successor, as well as the new CS for Goa, will be named in a couple of days.
