Four Chief Secretaries retiring this month; successors soon

As many as four Chief Secretaries will demit office on 30th June on completion of their extended tenure and attainment of retiring age. This will make the decks clear for those aspiring for the coveted posts in respective states.
Rajasthan Chief Secretary C S Rajan (IAS:1978:RJ) will complete his second extended tenure whereas U P Chief Secretary Alok Ranjan (IAS:1978:UP) will complete his first extended tenure on June 30. Reportedly, both states will get new CS shortly.
In Karnataka, the outgoing Chief Secretary Arvind Jadhav (IAS:1978:KN) will superannuate on June 30 whereas Goa Chief Secretary Rajesh Kumar Srivastava (IAS:1984:UT), too, will retire on June 30.
Reportedly, Jadhav's successor, as well as the new CS for Goa, will be named in a couple of days.
