NDA ally Ramdas Athawale is of the view that Nitish Kumar would soon be part of the NDA once again but Bihar BJP leaders don’t want him at any cost. However, only reports and surveys to decide if NDA would accept him or not. If things are not well for the BJP in surveys, then he would be part of the alliance else not. Actually Lalu Prasad not wanting him to be hurdle for Tejeshwi Yadav for long. This is the problem for alliance between RJD and Janata Dal (U). Shushil Modi has no say on Nitish’s matter, so his statement against Nitish doesn’t carry any weight. So the final call is neither of the state BJP or Nitish Kumar but of the PM/HM duo.
