Mumbai (04.12.2021): Former Mumbai commissioner Param Bir Singh (IPS: 1988: MH) is likely to move to court against his suspension order which was served on him on Thursday. However, he wants to seek the intervention of the court on technical grounds as the suspension order was signed by DGP. The contention of Param Bir Singh is that the order should have been signed by the Additional Chief Secretary considering his seniority.
