the post of Deputy Directors of the Enforcement Directorate, though it had
advertised on 28.012019 soliciting applications for filling 58 posts. Though no longer surprising but all 13 officers appointed to the post belong
to the IRS (IT and C&CE) as follows; Â Although the ED posts of Dy Directors was announced open to all officers
of All India Service or Central Services including State Governments, State
Police Organisations or CBI or RBI or Public-Sector Banks with certain
eligibility criteria like possessing experience of at least five years in the
field of Legal work, Intelligence, Investigation work, Adjudication or
prosecution relating to fiscal or criminal laws, it might be a sheer
coincidence that all thirteen selected officers belong only to Indian Revenue
