WB) is likely to be appointed as the next Chief Secretary of the state. Major
reshuffle in the IAS cadre is likely in the state by the end of this year after
the retirement of the chief secretary (CS) Hari Krishna Dwivedi (IAS: 1988:
WB), who has been given six months’ extension in service in June that would end
on December 31.
