2481The Union Home Ministry has constituted a committee to examine the issue related to service matters of DANICS, DASS cadre officers and transfer policy of AGMUT Cadre officers. The Union Home Ministry has picked former Petroleum Secretary Dr M M Kutty (Retd IAS:1985:AGMUT) and Satpal Chauhan (Retd IES:1985) Director General, Awards (MHA) Chauhan (Retd IES:1985) as the experts who would submit their recommendations by 12 September 2020. As per the terms of reference of the committee will examine and give its recommendations/suggestions on the issue raised by AGMUT Cadre IAS Officers Association regarding amendment of guidelines for transfers/postings of IAS/IPS officers of the Joint AGMUT Cadre (2016). Further, it will examine the service matters and other related issues raised by DANICS officers Association and give recommendations. The expert committee will also examine the service matters and other related matters raised by DASS Cadre and other feeder cadres of DANICS Cadre officers.
