Dr. U.D. Choubey, Director General, SCOPE has been conferred the prestigious Leadership Innovation Excellence Award and Gold Medal by the Institute of Economic Studies.
Prof. Kaptan Singh Solanki, Governor of Haryana presented this prestigious award to Dr. Choubey in the presence of Manoj Tiwari, Member of Parliament.
