New Delhi (09.09.2025): The competent authority has effected a major reshuffle of AGMUT cadre IAS officer and one DANICS officer. Some of them have been entrusted with more additional charges and some have been relieved from some additional charges. The names and assignments of these officers are as follows:
- Prashant Goyal (IAS: 1993: AGMUT), Financial Commissioner, has been entrusted with additional charges of ACS (Food & Civil Supplies) & CMD (DFC).
- Sandeep Kumar (IAS: 1997: AGMUT), Pr. Secretary (Vigilance), Pr. Secretary (AR), Pr. Secretary (IT), has been entrusted with additional of Chairman (DPCC). He has been relieved from additional charge of Secretary, (Envt. & Forest).
- Neeraj Semwal (IAS: 2003: AGMUT), Secretary, Revenue-cum-Divisional Commissioner and Secretary (Land & Building), has been entrusted with additional charge of Secretary (Power).
- Shurbir Singh (IAS: 2004: AGMUT), Secretary (Finance), has been entrusted with additional charges of Development Commissioner. He has been relieved from the charge of Secretary (GAD) and Secretary (Power).
- Pandurang K. Pole (IAS: 2004: AGMUT), Secretary (Higher Education & TTE), has been entrusted with additional charge of Secretary (Education). He has been relieved from the charge of Secretary (UD).
- Vijay Kumar Bidhuri (IAS: 2005: AGMUT) has been appointed as Secretary (Urban Development) with additional charge Secretary (Environment & Forests).
- Ashok Kumar (IAS: 2006: AGMUT), Secretary (Education), has been appointed as Secretary (GAD).
- Shilpa Shinde (IAS: 2006: AGMUT) has been given full charge of Secretary-cum-Commissioner (Labour) with additional charge of Secretary (Cooperation). She has been relieved from the post of Development Commissioner.
- Sandeep Kumar Singh (IAS: 2011: AGMUT), Special Secretary to Chief Minister, has been entrusted with additional charge of Special Secretary (Finance)
- Ravi Jha (IAS: 2011: AGMUT), Commissioner (Excise), has been entrusted with additional charge of Special Secretary (PWD).
- Jitendra Kumar Jain (IAS: 2013: AGMUT), Special Director (Employment), has been entrusted with additional charge of Commissioner (Food Safety).
- Dr. Kinny Singh (IAS: 2014: AGMUT), Special Secretary (Health & Family Welfare), Project Director (DSACS) and Secretary (PGC), has been appointed as Member (Administration), Delhi Jal Board.
- Sanjeev Kumar (IAS: 2014: AGMUT), Special Secretary (AR Department) and Special Secretary (SC/ST/ OBC/ Minorities), has been appointed as Special Secretary (Health & Family Welfare)
- Ravi Dadhich (IAS: 2014: AGMUT), Special Secretary (Power), MD (IPGCL) and MD (PPCL), has been entrusted with additional charge of Special Secretary (IT)
- Yash Chaudhary (IAS: 2017: AGMUT), Director (Social Welfare), has been entrusted with additional charge of Special Secretary (SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minorities)
- Praveer Kumar Singh (DANICS:2014), Superintendent (Prisons), has been appointed as Executive Director (DSIIDC).
