Delhi: NCCSA approves reshuffle of five IAS officers

New Delhi (14.03.2024): The Delhi government effected a minor bureaucratic reshuffle days before the announcement of the Lok Sabha elections. The appointments were approved by the National Capital Civil Service Authority (NCCSA) headed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Names of these officers are as follows. 
  • Prashant Goyal (IAS: 1993: AGMUT) has been appointed Principal Secretary-cum-Commissioner Transport.
  • Navin Kumar Choudhary (IAS: 1994: AGMUT) has been appointed as Principal Secretary (Irrigation and Flood Control) and will also hold two additional charges, including that of Principal Secretary (General Administration) and Principal Secretary (AR). 
  • Mitali Namchoom (IAS: 2011: AGMUT) will assume the charge of Director (Women and Child Development). 
  • Krishan Kumar (IAS: 2010: AGMUT) has been posted as Special Secretary (PWD). 
  • Pankaj Kumar (IAS: 2010: AGMUT) Controller (W&M) with additional charge of Deputy Commissioner (Headquarters).
