Dinesh Prasad -- Deputy Development Commissioner in Giridih district in Jharkhand -- has been removed from his present post and transferred to Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms and Raj Bhasha for acting in an 'item song' of a local film called Chilkari - Ek Dard. The regional film (under production) has the shadaw of 2011 massacre in which 20 people including former Jharkhand CM Babulal Marandi's son was killed. The film is based on Maoists activities in the state in which several other VIPs were also seen dancing along with a woman in skimpy cloths.
Mukesh Kumar Verma, Deputy Commissioner makes it a point that Prasad did not take prior permission to act in any such films.
