New Delhi (16.03.21): Senior IPS officer Kuldiep Singh (IPS:1986:WB) was on Tuesday appointed as the new Director-General of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) for a period ending 30.09.2022 i.e. date of his superannuation. He replaces Dr AP Maheshwari (IPS:1984:UP) who retired last month. Further, M A Ganapathy (IPS:1986:UK) was drafted as the new Director-General, National Security Guard (NSG) for a period ending 29.02.2024 i.e. till superannuation. Presently, Ganapathy is DG, Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS).
