New Delhi (25.10.2024): The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has launched a training programme focussing on behavioural skills and sensitivity of its officers while dealing with taxpayers. CBIC will train 35,000 officials at various levels. Behavioural Sensitization training programme will be given at various levels, including Inspectors, Superintendents, Assistant Commissioners, and Deputy Commissioners.
