This is the fourth time that NaMo Administration took tough step towards its cleanliness drive by giving (forced) compulsory retirement to fifteen senior IRS officers serving in the rank of Principal Commissioner, Additional Commissioner, Jt Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and Assistant commissioner. Most of these officers had corruption cases worth crores of rupees against them. The list includes names of officers from across the country - Ludhiana, Chennai, Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, etc.

They are;

  3. P K Bajaj, Commissioner Income Tax
  4. Sanjeev Ghei, Joint Commissioner Income Tax
  5. K. Jayaprakash, Assistant Commissioner IT (HQs):
  6. V Appala Raju, Additional CIT
  7. Rakesh H Sharma, ACIT
  8. Nitin Garg, Deputy CIT (earlier in Sirsa, Haryana) 
  9. S A Fazululla, Deputy CIT
  10. Kripa Sagar Das, Deputy CIT
  11. P Jose Kunjippalu, ACIT (OSD)
