Reportedly, Ajay Bhatnagar (IPS:1989:JH), P K Srivastava (IPS:1992:MP) and Praveen Sinha (IPS:1988:GJ) may be appointed afresh as Joint Director whereas Sharad Aggarwal (IPS:1997:UT), Gajendra Kumar Goswami (IPS:1997:UP) and V. Murugesan (IPS:1997:UK) may be elevated from DIG to Joint Director in CBI.
