CBDT: Eight IRS officers promoted to Chief Commissioner rank

New Delhi (30.06.2023): The Centre has promoted over half a dozen Indian Revenue Service (Income Tax) officers to the grade of Chief Commissioner of Income Tax for the panel year 2023 on in-situ basis w.e.f. 01.07.2023. These officers will continue to hold the charge of the post, which they were holding before promotion, till their formal posting is ordered. The names of these officers are as follows:
