New Delhi (22.08.2025): The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet has appointed five Judicial and four Administrative members in the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for four years or till attaining the age of 67 years. The names of these appointees are as follows:

Judicial Member:
  • Justice Biren A Vaishnav, Former Judge, High Court of Gujarat
  • Diwakar Singh, ILS, Former Additional Secretary, D/o Legal Affairs, GoI
  • Justice Narendra Kumar Johari, Former Judge, High Court of Allahabad
  • Justice Navneet Kumar, Former Judge, Jharkhand High Court
  • Justice Ritu Tagore, Former Judge, High Court of Punjab & Haryana
Administrative Member:
  • Braj Mohan Agrawal (IRSME:1986), Former Member (Traction & Rolling Stock), Railway Board
  • Manju Pandey (IPoS:1989), Former Director General Postal Services, D/o Posts
  • Sanjiv Kumar (IAS: 1992: AGMUT), Former Addl. Chief Secretary-cum-Commissioner (F&S) and Chairman, DPCC, GNCTD
  • Vijoy Kumar Singh (IAS:1990: PB), Former Special Chief Secretary, Government of Punjab
