New Delhi (22.08.2025): Notifications of appointments and recommendations issued on Friday are as follows:
- Ghanshyam Bansal (IPS: 2011: AGMUT), Financial Adviser, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) (Deputy Secretary Level), has been re-designated to Director level for a period up to 25.05.2028. Bansal is on Central deputation w.e.f. 26.052023.
- Amal Kumar Chakrabarty, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), has been appointed to the post of Director (Finance), Troop Comforts Limited (TCL).
- Manas Kaviraj, Sr. Executive Director, NBCC India Limited, has been appointed to the post of Director (Human Resources), Advanced Weapons & Equipment India Limited (AWEIL).
