BKU issues appeal to vote against the BJP in UP and Uttarakhand

1045Lucknow (09.02.2022): Just before polling in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, BKU has issued a letter addressing farmers to defeat the ruling BJP. Whatever influence the BKU has in UP, it is in the areas where the first phase of elections is to be held and Tarai region of Uttarakhand. BKU is also talking about Hindu-Muslim unity to check any kind of polarization. But past experience suggests that they always failed in their appeal and alliance miserably. RLD managed the best-ever performance of winning 14 Assembly seats when it was part of the NDA.
