Ranchi (04.10.2024): Despite the term of Jharkhand ending on January 5, 2025, it is likely that Assembly elections in the state would be conducted in November-December 2024 along with Maharashtra. The BJP wants to dislodge JMM in the state as soon as possible. Its earlier attempts to capture power from the backdoor in the state failed.
