BJP eyes Congress and AIADMK votes by fielding PM from Ramnathpuram

New Delhi (19.07.2023): Talks about PM Narendra Modi contesting from Ramnathpuram has been doing rounds from long but Tamil Nadu BJP chief K Annamalai starting his state wide yatra from the city fanned the speculation about PM contesting LS election from there. Annamalai doesn’t spare even AIADMK while attacking regional parties. Sources said that Karnataka defeat gave a setback to the saffron outfit. So to energize its workers and to grab the space of the Congress and AIADMK, the BJP may work on some such strategy. The matter is now at discussion level to field PM from two places.
