New Delhi (30.04.21): Bihar Chief Secretary, Arun Kumar Singh (IAS:1985:BH) on Friday died in Patna. He was undergoing treatment for Covid-19 at Paras HMRI Hospital, Patna. He was scheduled to retire in August this year. He was also fighting Cancer. He took over from Deepak Kumar (IAS:1984:BH) after Kumar completed his extended term on February 28, 2021.
